As an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC)—a designation held by only the top 4–5% of credentialed coaches globally—I bring 20 years of experience in developing leaders across cultures and continents. I specialize in helping leaders expand their capacity, deepen their maturity, and create meaningful impact within their teams and organizations.

A dedicated Interculturalist, I support leaders in building intercultural competence and fostering inclusive, culturally attuned leadership. With over 30 years of living and working in diverse countries, I have guided both expatriate and local leaders in enhancing their personal resourcefulness and leadership effectiveness.

Now based in the USA, I continue to coach leaders across North America and the Asia Pacific region. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, I am passionate about helping leaders become the best version of themselves—wherever they are in the world.
