What I collect, what I don't, and what happens to anything you share.

I'm Daisy Tse, an ICF Master Certified Coach. Keylight Coaching is the practice name of Daisy Tse LLC, and Daisy Tse LLC is responsible for the information described here. This page covers keylightcoaching.com, including the free tools. I've tried to write it in plain language rather than legal boilerplate, because you should be able to tell what actually happens to your information.
There are no cookies on this site, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind. I don't sell, rent, or share your information. You can use every free tool here without giving me your name or email at all.
The contact form on my homepage asks for your name, email address, and your message. I use these to reply to you. That's it.
The tools work without any sign-up. When someone finishes playing, my site records that a session was completed, along with which link brought them there, for example whether it came from LinkedIn or from a link I shared directly. This record contains no name, no email address, and nothing that identifies you.
Your answers within a tool stay in your browser while you play. I don't receive them unless you choose to send them, as described below.
At the end of the Priority Cup you can choose to share your reflections with me. If you do, I receive your answers, which priority won, and your email address if you chose to leave one. I use these to write back to you personally.
Leaving an email address is optional and there's a skip button. If you skip it, I can't contact you.
If you choose to join, I collect your first name and email address, and use them to send occasional notes about leadership development. You can ask me to remove you at any time and I'll do it.
Netlify hosts this site and stores anything you send through a form. Google supplies the fonts, which means your IP address is visible to them when a page loads. Nothing else. No analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels.
I keep messages, reflections, and email list entries for as long as they're useful to the working relationship, and I clear out old records periodically. If you'd like something removed sooner, just ask.
This page is about the website. Anything discussed inside a coaching engagement is governed by our coaching agreement and by the ICF Code of Ethics, which holds confidentiality to a considerably higher standard than any website policy.
You may request a copy of the information I hold about you, ask me to correct anything that is inaccurate, or ask me to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have specific legal rights of this kind. I honour these requests regardless of where you are writing from.
To make a request, please contact me through the form on my homepage, and I will respond promptly.
This site is intended for working professionals and is not directed at children.
If I add anything to this site that collects information differently, I'll update this page and change the date at the top.
Questions about any of this, or a request about your information, can go through the contact form on my homepage.
