I'm Daisy Tse, an ICF Master Certified Coach. I partner with senior leaders carrying complex roles, so that how you think, decide, and lead keeps pace with what your world is asking of you.
You can run the board meeting, restructure the division, and navigate a crisis before lunch. What's harder to find is a place to think out loud. A place where the stakes are real but the pressure is off, and where someone asks you the question nobody inside your organization will.
That's the room I hold.
Coaching with me is not advice in a nicer package. We look at the patterns that drive how you lead. You choose one or two behaviors worth shifting. Then we make the change small enough to practice on your busiest day, and visible enough that your team notices.
We slow down long enough to notice what actually drives your decisions, before it drives the next one.
We link it to your world: stakeholders, strategy, culture. Leadership never happens in a vacuum.
We turn insight into small experiments you run in real meetings, not hypothetical ones.
Before coaching, I spent two decades in corporate finance leadership. I bring that lens to this work: your time and attention are capital, and we invest them where they actually move the enterprise.
I spent twenty years in corporate finance leadership before I became a coach. I know what it feels like when the numbers, the people, and the politics all land on your desk in the same afternoon.
Today I'm an ICF Master Certified Coach, a credential held by roughly the top 4% of coaches globally, with more than 17 years of coaching senior leaders across North America and Asia Pacific. I work in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, and I'm certified in the Intercultural Development Inventory. For leaders building inclusive leadership and cultural intelligence across global teams, that intercultural depth is often where our work goes furthest.
For leaders who are not partnering with a coach, these are small, practical tools you can use on your own: The Priority Cup, for when everything is competing to be first, and The growing season, for when you're developing someone and want to see which conditions you're actually tending. A few minutes each. No sign-up, nothing to download, no cost.
