Keylight Coaching is the practice name of Daisy Tse LLC. These terms apply to keylightcoaching.com and everything on it, including the free tools. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the site.
The tools here are reflective exercises. They are offered for your own thinking and development. They are not coaching, and they are not professional, legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice.
Using a tool, reading anything on this site, or receiving a reply from me does not create a coaching relationship between us. A coaching engagement begins only when we have agreed one in writing, with its own separate agreement.
The tools cannot know your circumstances. Any result, observation, or suggestion they produce is a prompt for your own reflection, not a recommendation. Decisions about your work, your team, and your career remain yours, and you are responsible for them.
I've built these tools carefully and offer them in good faith, but I don't promise any particular result from using them. The site and the tools are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
I may change, improve, or remove any tool at any time, and the site may occasionally be unavailable. I don't promise continuous availability, and I'm not responsible if a tool changes or disappears after you've used it. If you want to keep your result, save it while you have it.
The tools, their content, the writing, the design, and the Keylight Coaching name belong to Daisy Tse LLC. You're welcome to use the tools for yourself, to share links to them, and to use what you learn in your own leadership and with your own teams.
Please don't copy, republish, rebuild, or sell the tools or their content as your own, or use them in a commercial product or paid programme, without asking me first. If you'd like to use something in your own practice or organisation, get in touch, the answer is often yes.
If you send me a reflection, a message, or anything else through this site, you keep ownership of it. You're giving me permission to read it and respond to it. I will not publish it or share it with anyone else in a form that identifies you.
Please don't send confidential information about your organisation, or personal information about other people, through the forms on this site. They aren't the right place for it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daisy Tse LLC is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or the tools, including any decision you make after using them. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Where this site links somewhere else, I'm not responsible for that site's content or its practices.
